Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping if you spend $100 usd or more, $7.95  flat rate for orders under $100 *

USPS and UPS are our primary shipping carriers. All orders are meticulously wrapped in the Nicole Kaine signature packaging. Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order and when UPS or USPS collects the package you will receive another email notifying you of the tracking number. All packages are sent via USPS First Class mail, priority or UPS ground. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

We require a signature on orders over $150. All orders under $150 are shipped without a signature requirement.  Nicole Kaine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like for us to place a signature requirement on your package, please email us promptly upon ordering at Hello@nicolekaine.com and we will update your order.

 

Expedited Shipping

At this time we do NOT offer overnight shipping. However, we do offer a 2ND DAY Air shipping option for a flat rate of $25. All 2ND DAY Air orders will be shipped by 11 am EST the next day and delivered within 2 days (1-2 days) 2nd DAY Air is only available in the continental U.S.  This shipping cost is nonrefundable.

Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories

For a flat rate of $22, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories.  Deliveries to these areas generally take 7-21 business days.  Orders shipped to these addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail service. This shipping cost is nonrefundable.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Our team is working vigorously to make this option available soon.
